Hi! So my touchpad is completely broken. I have tried everything to fix it. I have spoken with HP Customer Service and done every possible thing that they recommended, including a full factory reset of the computer. I then bought a 200 dollar membership at Best Buy in order to get the computer diagnosed. I had the computer checked TWICE, once for software, and once as a week long stay for a hardware check. They weren't able to fix my computer either time.
At this point I just need a fully new laptop as this one is clearly defective. Unfortunately, the details of my warranty are slightly unclear and HP Customer Service has been entirely unhelpful. Is anyone here aware of how to return a defective product and/or get in touch with a native English speaking representative. And I mean this in a completely non-hateful way, I just feel as though part of the issue is that the representatives do not fully understand what my issue is.
I beyond appreciate any and all help I receive so thank you so much in advance XD
