Hello guys,
There are some games which are asking me to enable virtualization on my desktop, I tried different methods but none of them working. Is there anyone who can help me in resolving my issue?

Both the CPU and the BIOS of your system need to support virtualization.
I assume you do not have a Mac but even Windows can tell.
Is "Hypervision" grayed out on your system or can it be enabled or disabled?

What HP system (product ID) do you have?

Some "virtual" apps do not work when hyper-v is enabled as discussed here
