I think my power supply or maybe the motherboard is dead. I can't find a way to easily do a paperclip test to see if the power supply works. The type of I have is
HP DPS-500AB-32A
As noted in that it has no 24 pin. It has
(1) 7-Pin Inline (3")
(2) 4-Pin 12V Connector (17.5" & 28.5")
(1) 6-Pin PCI-E Connector (19.5")
(1) 8-Pin (6+2) (19.5")
