Product: Pavillion All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I need help in using the DVD player on my computer. I cannot get it open manually and I don't know how else to open it to play DVDs or CDs. I'm sure there must be a screen access icon but I can't find it.

What is your All-In-One ? Many AIO machines have trayless (no tray) ODD (Optical Disc Drive or CD/DVD drive) on left or right side. You can simply and gently put a CD or DVD in that slot.
I would not use ODD from AIO machine to play DVD'/CD's because with that design, disc may fall to inside and to get it out is a very painful task.
Regards.
