Is it possible to install an additional NVIDIA Tesla K80 GPU card for supercomputing on my desktop. The Desktop comes with an NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 730 graphics card pre-installed.

You don't , it is just that simple.   The card will not fit.   It requires more PSU that you can install.
