Operating System: Chrome OS

I have a chromebook that won't charge, nothing I try or have been told to try worked, so I decided to contact support. In order to do so, I need the serial number. Guess what? No sticker, so that won't work. I would try the chromebook shortcut, except it's out of battery and can't charge, so nope, won't work either. I have no clue what to do, and this is my only work computer.  What do I do now? Edit: don't know how to edit labeled and tags, so sorry about that.
