Trying to find out how old this HP A-I-O 24-f0xx Desktop-1603F8V ; Product ID:00325-96311-83911-AA0FM ,is. Can anyone help me,please.

Hi:
You can only get down to the year and week of manufacture.
The 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number will always be numbers.
The 4th character is the year.
The 5th and 6th characters are the week of manufacture.
For example if the 4th, 5th and 6th characters are 725, the PC was made in 2017 in the 25th week of the year (June, 2017).

So very much appreciated bcz this is a lease to own from AAron's . HP support had no info listed under current desktops for it bcz they say if 10yrs or more, they remove from the list ; HP A-I-O 24-f0xx desktop 1603F8V ;so,8CC83803FW is NOT 2008 & 38 wk?

You're very welcome.
Your PC was manufactured in 2018.
The processor and chipset it has was not around in 2008 or 1998.
The exact model of your PC is a HP ALL-IN-ONE 24-F0018, and HP released it to market on 26-Apr-2018 according to the product specs at the link below...
