I bought a 2.5 inch SSD. I am trying to install it and don't know how. I have already cloned my data and have opened up the case but am not sure what to do next.

Hi:

 

You will need to purchase a 3.5" to 2.5" hard drive adapter caddy which will mount where the 3.5" current hard drive is now.

 

Most hard drive caddies have the smaller screws to mount the SSD to the adapter.

 

You use the screws from the hard drive to attach the 3.5" to 2.5" adapter to the drive bay.

 

They make several different designs, so find the one that would best work for your situation.
