We have a need to install storage drives in new Prodesk 600 Mini towers and SFF PCs. They do not come with sufficient hardware to securely install a drive the the bays and there are no installation kits mentioned as part of the line's accessories.
I tired chatting with sales, but they wanted me to chat with Parts and gave me a bum link. I can't locate anywhere I can talk directly to someone in parts.
Can anyone direct me to a part number for the tray or kit or whatever we'd need to order to mount these?

You need to rethink hardware size.
Specs on configuration of 600 G5 min DT allows an M.2 NVMe SSD and a single 2.5" drive
Specs on configuration of 600 G5 SFF
allows m.2 NVMe SSD and a single 3.5" drive (2.5 dual bay adapter) can allow two 2.5" drives.

- Jumping in or not, they're asking the EXACT thing I want to know.
As they ship, you cannot mount a 3.5" drive in either. The bays are too large and standard or extended mounting screws won't get you to the mounting slots. You obviously need some sort of cage to mount them. There is NO cage listed in quick specs, no cage listed as accessories, and not cage to be found anywhere on HP's site.
That's a problem, unless HP's official position it use double sided tape.
