I have never seen an HP desktop before that did not have removeable backplane pieces to facilitate upgrades.
How did you end up with one that did not?

Yea I’m not sure how it happened because everything I see has them and I’m not quite sure if there’s a way for me to install a graphics card or if ima just need to spend some of my pc buildings money on a new case

Is it a new or older PC?
I agree on a new inexpensive case or scavenging a replacement case from a broken HP 500 series desktop PC .
I actually see them available on eBay. Search for HP Pavilion 500 on eBay and you will see them. Maybe you will get lucky and find one in your local area.
Another cheaper option would be to check out the second hand shops or fleamarkets in your city.
You should be able to find a non-working HP Pavilion 500 series PC that would be a parts candidate.
I can't see any way to upgrade without having access to the backplane of the case except for the ludicrously expensive $$$ external video card in an encl0sure.

Honestly, this "PC" is a piece of junk: (1291) Doing some upgrades on an HP 110-210 Desktop - YouTube.

I had to watch the video to understand what you meant. I am not impressed with that one either.
