Yes, Hp still doesn't have their act together. I keep entering the Serial Number of the Device I want to discuss and no matter how long I wait, it's never available. Try again at another time or buy a Dell PC. What I need to know is how can I remove the Hard Drive from an HO Elite 8300 AIO. The directions available from the HP Manual do not cut it. I'm afraid to force or bend anything and was hoping that a Forum Member might be able to guide me through it. If you can and are willing, please respond.

Thank you again Paul!

I tried using the Manual but the removal instructions did not work for me.

Rather that break something, I resorted to the Forum again and as usual, you provided the help I needed.

The second video was the one that cleared things up for me.

Best regards,

Mike Lynch
