How do I remove the pcie bracket

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion TPO1 0400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m trying to install a video card and when I came to remove the pcie bracket it wasn’t exactly standard. It almost looks like I have to push it out because it is connected to the computer
