When trying to setup my Bluetooth keyboard I ran into some issues. In all the places I've looked it tells me to use the toggle on/off in the settings. I have Bluetooth settings and the add device option but no on/off toggle. When I go thru the steps it just doesn't work. I was under the impression that it has an internal Bluetooth receiver but nothing works. Can you help me please??

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03011616

It does not come with built in wifi or Bluetooth networking.

If you have a free USB port you can purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

I use this one on two of my HP PC's and it works fine.
