Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx

Hello,

Some time ago one of the hinges of my HP ENVY laptop detached and made my screen pop out; I thankfully was still covered under warranty so it got fixed super fast with no charge. 

The same issue happened again, only now since my warranty is expired, I’m having a really difficult time trying to figure out where to even go. Is there an online service or email I can contact to get my repair started? I feel like I’ve tried looking anywhere- it’s not intuitive at all. TIA!
