Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am trying to put a new graphics card in and I can't figure out how to open the bracket that is where the graphics card pokes out from the back of the PC. I NEED HEEELLP

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if reading the service manual is of help to you...
Upgrading and Servicing Guide (EMEA with shipping label) (hp.com)
There is also a video for the TP01-000 model. I don't know if it is the same. It looks to be.
