HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1000a (2W847AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new RAM (G.Skill trident Z DDR4 3200 mhz 16gt memory kit) and my PC says that it can go up to 3200 Mhz but its running only 2133 Mhz

How do i fix this?

You can tweak memory speed with AMD Ryzen Master

There have been reports of systems failure after using that application.  You might want to google for "ryzen master not booting"
