HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2370nd
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2370nd.

Also bought 1 extra ram 16 GB to place in the empty slot. PC won't start-up with extra 16 GB Ram (total 32).

Can this desktop handle 32 GB of Ram or should I place 2 similar RAM's?

Thnx for the answer!

I got in touch with HP helpdesk. They suggest to buy a second, same, 16GB ram and try again.

Probably conflict between 2 different RAM's;

So, did you try the new one on your own , works or not at all?

No, got my second one today, but doesn't work either.

Helpdesk HP doesn't support this because it's an extra addition to their standard configuration!!!!

This is what I said, test with the new module only not with the one from hp, before buying one
