Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Yes, you can. As a matter of fact, if you so choose, your HP rp5700 Desktop PC can be upgraded up to 4 x 2GB of DDR2 PC2-6400, 800 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM, 240-pin RAM sticks. Mind you, each RAM slot is only capable of running 2GB RAM per slot.
The Kingston (p/n: KVR800D2N6/2G) PC2-6400 2GB Desktop Memory 240-PIN DIMM RAM should be compatible.
If you are interested in 4 x 2GB RAM, look/shop around and see if you can purchase something like this in your country as available in the US: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07PW5J626/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_plhdr=t&aaxitk=945729dd86ea2a037da21....
Since we are at it, an Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 processor is compatible with your PC, which means that according to: CPU-Upgrade: Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 CPU, you should be able to upgrade your processor all the way to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8600.
