How to Remove Writing protect HP v220w USB Flash Drive

Hello Sir,

 Need Help, I have HP v220 16GB pendrive , Now that pendrive can't Formatted display msg on "Writing Protect", So how to Delete or Formate in my pendive 

MY SYSTEM CONFIG:

WIN;10 64 Bit

HP Pavilion e0 15tx Laptop
