How to Unlock The Advanced BIOS Settings In HP Compaq Elite 8000 ?

Hi. I wanna see my CPU Chipset settings and advanced settings in my Bios. Because the manufacturer restricts access to the system's bios settings, I cannot access it. I see this guy video.I tho he mod the bios or something after that he get Chipset,Advanced settings in BIOS i will give video link and Before / After screenshots:

( The tested PC is HP Pro 3300 MT but he doing same bios modding to other 775 Pins too / He said the bios locked by manufacturer and he opens it  )

Sorry -you cannot access advanced BIOS settings in an HP Compaq Elite 8000 PC.

Reason being is that HP decided it to be so.  Probably because as its intended use as an office/home computer, generally there would be no need for advanced BIOS access.

I want that advanced menu for Tweaking CPU or something else. 

Also all of other Manufacturers have that settings in BIOS of their office pc's.

Why i cant access them , why is it a problem ?

Also another question how can i pull the bios file from the BIOS chip on the motherboard? I don't need the update file, I need the currently installed bios file.

Look, I really do understand your frustration.  If you want more BIOS access, choose a different motherboard platform such as Omen or non-HP, such as Asus, MSI, or Gigabyte.
