How to add a power sata when there is only one sata slimline connector already used ?

This PC has one SSD disk (M2) and one DVDRW powered by a SATA Slimline connector (6 pins).

I would add a HDD but there isn't other power connector. And I don't find a Y cable for SLIMLINE Sata.

Can you help me ?
