I`ve jist upgrade my ram to viper 3200 mgz (16gbx2) and can`t change it`s frequency in bios.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

To get the answer to this question, ram speed and frequency are managed by the system and it cannot be modified in BIOS.
