My computer is not HP's product, but I bought a wireless keyboard with model erk-321a. It works well, but there is only one problem. Its FN keys is used as a shortcut key and cannot be turned off,if there is a way to turn it into a traditional FN key function?
tks a lot.

@IceyWeng , welcome to the Community.
The multimedia keyboards are designed to use the media functions by default and use the Fn key to use the F function. You may be able to find a third-party app that will change this function. Otherwise, there is no way to make the change in the BIOS/UEFI.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

You can close Keyboard Model ERK-321 an Fn key functions by using these simple steps:-
- Look on your keyboard for the "Fn" key and hold it down. ...
- Locate the "Num Lock" or "Num Lk" key, whichever way it may appear on your keyboard. ...
- Hold down and press the "Fn" + "Shift" + "Num Lk" keys all at the same time to turn off the "Function" key, if the above step didn't work.
