How to contact support

HP Recommended
OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0034nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

 

can someone explain me how to contact support?  My desktop pc broke on Friday and still haven't figured out yet how to contact support. 

Virtual Agent is not giving any useful information, other links to contact support are broken as the following shows

Don't know why images are not displayed on this post, those are 2 screenshots of errors i get when i try to get support from this link:

I encountered the same type of error, wanting to consult the support for another computer
Temporary problem on HP sites (French site also tested)

Thanks for your answer. 

 

I think that's absurd that waiting is the only thing I can do. 

 

I'm quite upset at the moment, I've bought this desktop on 8th Feb and on 5th Mar the graphic card is already gone. Not so good for a +2.000$ desktop. 

 

I am aware that computers can fail at any time, but I was not aware that HP didn't give a **bleep** about their customers.

Sorry, that's how I couldn't do anything about it ..
As it is necessary to identify oneself on the site, in order to choose the contact options, if the site does not work, I can not do anything
Now you should find out how it is happening in your country, but for example in France you can contact the reseller directly, it's up to him to manage!
Well if the computer was bought on the hp store, it's something else
I don't know how long it lasted but obviously it works now

The desktop was bought on the HP store.

 

Support still doesn't works for me (Italy)
