How to dissemble wireless keyboard for HP Envy All-in-one?

Is there a way to dissemble a hp wireless keyboard to clean it inside?

I have been using a wireless keyboard for 2 years that came with my Envy 27inch All-in-one, but it types the wrong button or two different letters.

I guess something went wrong when I wiped the keyboard with a wet tissue.

There is no screw outside, so I don't know how to open it. Anyone knows how to open it?

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
