See this link for how to enable secure boot in a HP Desktop PC.

HP PCs - Secure Boot (Windows 10) | HP® Customer Support

You cannot do this if your BIOS mode is set to Legacy.

If the BIOS mode is set to legacy, you will need to have your W10 product key to reinstall Windows since your PC came with FeeeDOS.

Back up all of your files first because you will need to reinstall your programs and files after you reinstall W10.

Make a bootable installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

To install W10 in UEFI mode, boot from the EFI USB flash drive listed in the F9 boot options menu, not the Legacy one.

After you install W10, check the system information app and confirm that the BIOS mode is now UEFI.

Then you can enable secure boot and upgrade to W11.

Hi:

If Windows is installed in UEFI mode, then see if this works to enable secure boot...

You can check if W10 is installed in USFI mode by running the system information app and the BIOS Mode line will indicate UEFI.

If it indicates Legacy, you will need to reinstall W11 in UEFI mode.

Step 1. Go into the BIOS and Load HP Factory Default Keys and see if Secure Boot becomes available.

Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below).

Step 3. go back into your BIOS and try Load HP Factory Default Keys.

Step 4. enable Secure Boot at this point.
