Base speed is 5600mhz according to OMEN GAMING HUB info section. But in CPU-Z, RAM speed is about 2500-2600mhz. How to increase it?

You have to multiply the speed you see in CPUz by two if you have two matching memory chips in each memory slot.
If you only have one, then the memory is running in single channel mode, and you accept the number showing.
According to the specs for the AMD processors supported in the model series, they should be running the memory at 5600 MHz in dual channel mode and 2800 MHz in single channel mode.
For example, the AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 7840H
The program I zipped up and attached below will tell you if your notebook is running the memory in single or dual channel mode.
