Product: hp compaq 6005 pro microtower

Hi, i was hoping someone could help me with how to install ram, i don't know much about pc's. This pc is quite old but it has windows 10 on it(don't know the bit version) i have 2 sticks of 2gb. The motherboard has 2 black slots and 2 white slots. I don't know what it means and where i should put my sticks in..

The memory should be installed in Matching pairs. "One SIM in each White slot and one SIM in each Black slot."
