How to know what components of my computer are good/ great for gaming

here it is, i beleve that that website may be a  little outdated because now rust takes alot more power and not just electricity power but good components to run. Where is the graphics tab so ic an run that. I also have had the settings on the lower end it doesnt help

in any case, another user, indicated to have problem with this game, and another configuration
if possible try several games, not more resource-intensive that require roughly the same configuration, but offline, single-player campaign mode, same problem or not?
the tab is simply GPU
I couldn't make a capture, but I tried a more or less fast game, and the processor will not go up to 100%
the gpu yes, makes the yoyo, but no problem of this type in game
