Thanks for the update,
After reviewing your post, I see that you have an older version of Bios and unfortunately there is no Bios update available for your PC.
Hence the feature you are looking is not supported on this PC.

This does not work on my HP Envy All-in-One PC 27-b0XX. There is no action key setting. Only one for the power on mode of the Num Lock. Anything else I can do HP?

Oh I see there was a topic on this. they responded with the BIOS instructions. OP and several others reported it doesn't work, then they went silent.
