I got a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU with AMD Wraith Spire cooler, but the board's screw holes only fit the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler. I tried to look for a bracket but couldn't find one. Spire requires a more rectangle screw layout than Stealth.

Your desktop PC has the HP Sunflower motherboard installed.

The Ryzen 5 2600 is not in the list of suported processors. That is likely to be the reason that the cooler does not fit.

If the cooler that was on the original processor fits, why not use that one?

It is listed on the list as the second one.

I stand corrected. I missed it.

The issue is likely because you may not be using an HP part numbered processor.

What about the fan from the original processor?

Does it fit on the new processor?

The original cooler works with the new processor too but I would like to install the spire cooler since it's more powerful.

@yuipcheng

It appears that the only option with a factory built PC that you have in this case is to use the original cooler as i already suggested.

You have discovered one limitation of using a factory built PC.
That is the ability to connect a  non HP part numbered processor/fan combination.

People like myself, who have always built their desktop PCs from scratch and chosen the components, have many more options available.
