Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, I am using the AMD Ryzen 5 Mercedes B class desktop, currently with 8GB RAM but would like to upgrade to 16GB.

I've looked everywhere online on how to safely open the computer to install the RAM without damaging both PC and warranty. Can you please give me instruction either manual or video on how to open this lovely PC (It was alot of money!)

Kind Regards,

Jake.

Hi there,

Firstly, thank you for the response but this PC is not at all like mine, the PC does not have a speaker chin, its completely flat LCD all round.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I could not find a service manual for your PC.

Here is the manuals page, and it is of no help.

I now have a broken computer screen following this official hp video. I have paid over £700 for this machine and cried when the screen cracked from using the pry tool after taking out the screws. Followed exactly as shown. Terrible screen quality it should t have broken like that. I demand a full refund and will show my purchase proof and photos of my lovely pc now wrecked. I only wanted to upgrade the ram because I work with Unity and photoshop.

Sorry that the display cracked when you opened up the PC.
