Good morning,
I'm trying to open the HP computer case, to replace the old damaged HD with a new one.
The first step is to open the case, then unscrew the fixing screws... but the screws are weird, very little, and none of my tools are suitable for opening them. They have a hole that seems suitable for an allen key or for a torque key, not for a screewdriver...
The answer is: how do you remove this screws? and... are they screws?
Thanks for reply
Cordially

Hi:
From what you are describing, the screws seem to be Torx screws, which use a special set of tools to remove them.
They are very common and should be easy to find.
I would buy a set that would cover the range of these fasteners you may encounter.
For example, this set should fit all of the screws you need to remove.
The torx bits in this set range from T2 to T20, and the screws in your PC's case will be within that range.
