Product: HP 27-b145se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to find out how to open the case of an HP  HP 27-b145se  All-In-One desktop computer. There seems to no information on the HP web site and the on-line instructions refer to a foil plate on the bottom of the computer that's hiding 4 screws. My  HP 27-b145se has no foil on the bottom.

The service guide on the support page is useless and the service media library that used to have the procedure has been retired.

 

The new video library does not have the info either...
