Product: HP Envy 24-N-014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a hard drive failure on my HP ENVY 24-N014 All in One.  I cannot find a video or anything on how to access the drive.  I have years of experience but this case has me baffled.
