Envy 750-514
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new HP Envy 750-514:   It came with bluetooth keyboard & mouse.  NO instructions for either.  I put computer into "discover" mode and it can't seethem.

Bluetooth on my computer is enabled.  I tested it with another bluetooth device, and computer's bluetooth works.

- Keyboard has NO pairing button or on-off button.   How do you put it in pairing mode?     Keyboard SK-2063

-  Mouse has on-off button but no pairing button.   Model # unknown because label on bottom is microscopic font, too small to read.

My system is Envy 750-514.    Items are brand new with fresh batteries.

@funchy,

Here are step by step instructions.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Thank you for reply.  Appreciate the help!

My devices have no connect button.  The link you provided stated I needed to remove the USB Bluetooth and plug back in.   Unfortunately my ENVY has built-in bluetooth, i.e. no way to physically unplug it.

That page says:

" NOTE:    For some HP All-in-One and desktop PC products, the USB receiver is built into the computer. Check the service manual for USB wireless receiver removal process."

Mine came with no service manual.   In searching the site I found a "Upgrading and Servicing Manual".  No bluetooth mentioned.

I looked at the "Consumer Self Repair Manual"    http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05348577      No bluetooth mentioned.

Thanks in advance for any help!
