How do I pair a Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen to my laptop? The computer doesn't seem to recognize the pen. The pen has no button on top to press.

@freeoldguy , welcome to the Community.
You should check on HP.com to assure that the pen is compatible with your laptop.
Here is a guide that may help you solve your problem. It appears that you simply push down on the top of the pen for 3 seconds after charging it. This will connect it to your laptop using Bluetooth.
