Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud) tells me my AMD R5 graphics card is incompatible and I can't update the driver. How and with what can I replace it?

Hi:
That is a relatively modern graphics card released in June of 2016.
Have you tried updating the graphics driver with the AMD auto-detect tool?
AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops
If so, and it could not install an updated driver, you may want to consider replacing the card with the Nvidia GT 1030 which has an equivalent power draw of 30W like the R5 and has updated drivers.
You would want a GT1030 that comes with the DDR5 graphics memory, not the DDR4.
The models with the DDR4 memory don't perform as well.

You're very welcome.
Before you remove the AMD card, uninstall any Radeon software in the Windows control panel>programs>uninstall a program.
Then go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapters device manager category, click on the Radeon graphics adapter listed there, select Uninstall and check the Uninstall driver box.
Shut down the PC, unplug it and install the Nvidia card.
Here is the link to the nVidia driver site which has the latest driver for the GT1030.
Select the card from the drop-down list. GeForce 10 series>GT1030>select the W10 operating system.
