This tower PC case starts buzzing after running about a half hour. If I slap the side of the case, it stops, but then comes back. Something is probably loose. any suggestions to stop the buzzing would be appreciated,

@testlab, welcome to the forum.

The only way to determine where the buzzing is coming from is simply listen up close and personal.  Also, you can check all of the connections and case parts to see if any are loose.  Other than doing these things, it is difficult for us to know how to help you.

the buzzing is usually caused by a hard drive if using meck drives, or by a fan

in rare cases it's caused by the power supply
