@GiornoGiovanna1 I see that this device was shipped with the Windows 10 OS, and we recommend you switch back to the same OS as HP does not recommend or support Linux based (Ubuntu) OS as off now,

@GiornoGiovanna1 The BIOS is OS dependent, and since we don't support Ubuntu, there's nothing much we can help you with unless you switch to windows,
