Below is the link to the latest BIOS update HP has for your PC.
HP Pavilion HPE h8-1360t CTO Desktop PC Software and Driver Details
It was written to be run on W7 or W8, so you will have to decide if you want to run it on W10.
See this link for the typical recommended way to update the BIOS. It would be the same procedure for desktop PC's.

The latest BIOS update for your MB is Here.
This update should run when using W10.
Updating the BIOS normally completes without problems. However there is always risk in everything we do.
Loss of power or prematurely shutting down the PC during the BIOS update can corrupt the BIOS.

Bill_To, since the update was not designed specifically for W10, the status quo out weighes the risk of updating the BIOS. Unless, if there are techies out that have updated the subject motherboard, I'm open to hear what they have to say. Thank you for your quick responses.

These are the only forum posts I could find regarding updating the BIOS in your model PC, other than these two where I provided basically the same info as I did for you.

This person indicates it can't be done.

If there is no specific reason why you want to update the BIOS, I wouldn't do it.
The only reason I can think of to do it would be to install a newer model graphics card that needs a UEFI BIOS in order to work.
My understanding is the BIOS v8.xx are for PCs with UEFI BIOS'
