Hello. I got this computer for Christmas and wanted to update the ram. I got a kit from crucial that said it was compatible with my model number 2x8gb ddr4 2666 speed and installed it. Started getting blue screens irl_not equal too or less And I put factory ram stick Samsung 8gb ddr4 2666 back in it and solved the problems. Then I bought a extra stick of the exact part number of Samsung memory and installed it. Same exact problem. Do I have to do something in settings on the computer or is the socket on the motherboard? Need help please
