Product: Hp ENVY ROVE 20-K014US Mobile All-in-One Desktop PC

Hp ENVY ROVE 20-K014US Mobile All-in-One Desktop PC is always plugged in, but it no longer charges.  Charge has progressively decrease in power to 10% (plugged in).

How old is the computer? How old is the battery? 

For most computers, the battery can be replaced. 

Try looking on AMAZON or EBAY for a replacement battery.
