Pavilion TouchSmart 23
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My problem is when I go to power up the 23 the light on the power button cuts on but then after a 1 or 2 seconds it cuts off. I’m not using the original power supply, so I was think it maybe that. I’m using a power cord with an output of 15v. Not sure if it doesn’t have enough power to actually sustain the power needed of the 23.
