Hi all, I want to report a problem that has already surfaced in this forum.
It often happens that while I'm pressing the keys, the display freezes for a few seconds and then resumes repeating the letters typed several times. It's extremely annoying.
To this problem, I also add the idiotic idea of making the function keys available only if the Fn key is also pressed.
I could go on and on about other stupid choices as well as writing feedback on the mouse as well but I'll stop there. Is anyone at HP interested in intervening on the matter? I bought the keyboard a few months ago, but it seems like the bug has been reported for years. I'm sorry because the keyboard is beautiful and pleasant to use, but it turned out to be the worst purchase I've ever made.
I've already used the support software, reinstalled the drivers, restarted my computer, tried third party software, walked out of the room and back in, did a tribal dance, prayed to all the gods. The only thing that is mitigating the problem is a Windows 11 setting (which doesn't completely fix it anyway).

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting issues with the keyboard, I am glad to assist you.
Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
- HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also, ensure Windows is up to date.
- Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Let me know how it goes.

It's funny to know that you don't know Hp Pavilion 800 it's a keyboard-mouse wireless (not a notebook as you said).
However... I've already said that i tried Hp Support Assistant (and retried many times also after your reply) with no luck.
Hp Support Assistent isn't able to recognize my keyboard/mouse and and also unable to find my S/N. Here's the screenshot.
Also, my Windows 11 is already updated
