Product: Hp reverb g2v2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've been having a problem with my HP Reverb Headset not waking and the pc not recognizing the headset. Cable turns on with the white light which doesn't happen if it isn't plugged in correctly. The SN does not work when I put it into the contact us section of the website so I can't get help from support really. Warranty is intact until around June 2024. Please help if you can.
