My pen drive doesn't get to be shown on  my hpc or my tablet Samsung  how do I solve it

@Vaulkeno -- is this a brand-new memory-stick? Did it previously work?

 

Given that you have tried it in multiple devices, without success, my guess is that it has failed.

 

Have  you tried it in ALL the USB sockets on multiple computers?
