You can certainly replace the motherboard. There is on listed here and cheap
However, it might be worthwhile to take another try at fixing the system. Usually when a motherboard goes bad it simply does not work. You state "crashing in 2 Mins" so I assume it works for a short time.
Sometimes a repair center looks at the problem from cost standpoint. ie: it is not worth their time nor the customers money to repair the device as it is old and a fully working used system can be bought for less than the repair cost. They might replace the motherboard to find out the CPU is the actual problem, etc.
Remove Video card (if any) and all ram and hard drive / SSD and blow out all dust. Look for any bad spots / discolorations on motherboard where a device overheated or leaked. I looked at a picture of your motherboard on ebay and not all capacitors are metallic so possibly some of the non-metallic might have leaked. this is what to look for. If you see anyting like that then replace the motherboard but keep the CPU as it is probably good and the motherboard at $17 used, is not worth fixing.
Put 1 memory stick back in and see if it post into the BIOS. If the BIOS can stay on the monitor for over 2 minutes then hard drive is corrupted. Else touch the CPU and see if it is overheating

if you do replace the motherboard consider getting a HP 6300 pro or elite 8300 pro motherboard which use intel instead of AMD cpu's and support USB3.0 and are faster processors
both have the same rear I/O layout and are drop-in replacements using the same power supply, cpu cooling and ram
you will have to get a new cpu for these boards but they can be found for 5-15 dollars
check ebay for recycled working boards/cpu's
here's links showing picts of the 6005/6300 boards
