Product: Hp elitedesk 800 g1

so me and my friend are thinking of doing a case swap on the hp elitedesk 800g1 we are planning to transfer every part of the pc from the old case to a new case and upgrading some stuff, but i noticed that the cpu cooler looks to be not the standard 4rth gen intel cooler is it possible to use a cooler that is designed for 4rth gen intel socket and work on the motherboard because the cooler from the old case is depending on the case itself and if we cant use a normal cooler how can we solve the problem by using the oem fan and is there anything else we need to know about it for example any errors and their solution for example usb errors since i found out that the elitedesk series has a wired bios error if any component on the motherboard is not connected now i found a way of grounding the pins but we dont want to mess with the case cables so could we know the solution to al stuff and anything that we dont know
