Hello hp team, I own 2 laptops and none have been dropped or thrown yet they both have had their hinges broken suddenly without any other physical problems. Now they both are out of warranty as it’s been 2 years. I am not satisfied by your quality. I would like to figure something out.

This is a well known problem If it is just the hinges, then disassembly and look at the eBay parts to see if they match

Hello thanks for the quick reply. I would like to tell you that the laptop cannot be opened as the hinge is blocking it and if we even get the parts the screen will crack. I understand where you are coming from but it will be to difficult for me to replace it. I would like to work something out to get maybe only one repaired. But this should be something that hp should cover and should not come out of my pocket.
